Shipping and Delivery

Which countries does Rock Experience ship to?

We ship throughout Italy (mainland and islands) and throughout Europe.

What are the shipping costs?
  • Italy : free for orders over €100 , otherwise €6.95
  • Europe (EU) : €10 flat rate
What are the delivery times?
  • Orders are entrusted to the courier within 24/72 hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery takes place on average within 4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
What happens if a product is not available?

If an item is no longer available:

  • You will be contacted immediately
  • We will only be able to ship items that are available
  • You will receive a refund for any undelivered items.

Returns and refunds

How many days do I have to return an item?

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

What condition must the products be in for return?

Items must be in original condition.

  • Clothing: unwashed and never used
  • With original labels and packaging
How can I request a return?
  1. Log in to your account on the Rock Experience website.
  2. Enter the order you want to return and click on “request return” .
  3. Select the items, fill out the form and submit the request.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email and, subsequently, the approval or rejection of the return.
Where should I send returned items?

After approval, ship the items with a courier of your choice to:

Remember to indicate your name and order number on the package.


Who pays the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

Are there any additional return costs?

No, there is no restocking fee .

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be processed after the returned products have been received and verified.

If approved, it will be credited to the same payment method as the order within 10 working days .

Are the initial shipping costs refunded?

No, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
